Distribution of Vacancies:

Distribution of vacancies in clerical post is Stae/UT wise which means Every state has  given certain number of post before the conduction of exam. IBPS gives student right to choose any state in which he/she want to serve.

IBPS CLERK 2020 Eligibility Criteria:

Students who wants to apply for clerical post should ensure that they must comes under eligibility criteria given by IBPS.

NATIONALITY:

A student must be

(i) A citizen of India,or

(ii) A subject of Nepal,or

(iii) A subject of Bhutan,or

(iv) A Tibetan refugee who comes to India before 1st January 1962

(v) A person of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri lanka, Vietnam and East African Countries.

AGE:

Minimum age:20 years    Maximum age:28 years

Relaxation on age to reserve categories are as follows:

NOTE:

(i) The maximum age limit specified is applicable to General Category Candidates.

(ii) Candidates who comes under age relaxation will have to submit original/copies at the time of joining.

IBPS CLERK 2020 Education Qualification:

Candidates must have a Degree(Graduation) in any stream from the university  recognised by the Government of India.

Computer Knowledge :

Candidate Should have Certificate/Degree/Diploma in computer operations/language/should have studied Computer /Information Technology as one of the subjects in the high school/College/Institute.

Exam Day Guidelines (Important for students):

Candidate will not be permitted to sit on the online preliminary examination  without the following documents:

(1) Valid Call Letter of the respective date and sessions of Examination.

(2) Photo-identity proof which have same name and date of birth as you fill in your application form which also                print  on your call letter.

(3) Photocopy of photo-identity proof.

(4) Sometimes they also wants your photo so bing atleast two passport size photo with you at the tme of examination.

(5) Candidate reporting late at the exam center will not be allow to sit on the examination.

Penalty For wrong Answers(Applicable to both preliminary and Mains Examination):

Questions is of objective type. For each wrong answer there will be a reduction of 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question. If candidate leaves a question blank means if he/she doesn’t mark any of the choices given in the questions (Mainly 4 choices for a question) then there will be no penalty for that question.

 

HOW TO APPLY FOR IBPS CLERK 2020:

Candidiates can apply only through online mode and no other mode of application will be accepted by IBPS team.

Before applying online

(i) Candidate should scan their photograph (4.5cm x 3.4cm),

(ii) Candidate should scan their signature(Signature should not be written in CAPITAL LETTERS),

(iii) Candidate should have a left thumb impression (if a candidate does not have left thumb, he/she mayuse her right thumb impression),

(iv) A hand written declaration is also required and candidate has to scan and upload it also( the hand written declaration has to be in candidates’s hand writing and only in english)

(v) Candidate should have a valid personal Email – id.

Procedure of Applying Online:

Procedure for applying online for IBPS clerk online is

(1) First go to IBPS official website www.ibps.in and click on the home page and then open a link “CRP-CLERKS-IX”, then an online application form will appear on your screen.

(2) Then click on “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION”.

(3) Enter your  required basic information such as Name , Father’s name etc.

(4) After submitting a provisional registration Number and password will be sent to you, Note it down for future reference.

(5) Now Candidate have to upload their

–  Photograph

–  Signature

–  Left thumb impression

–  A hand written declaration

(6) Then after Clicking on final submit button candidate reach at the page of  Online Mode of fees payment, but remember this ,after clicking on final submit button you cannot edit your basic details such as name , address ,Mark etc so my advice is to fill form very carefully.
