- Account Creation: "By registering an employer account on JobsWaale website and App, you agree to these terms and conditions and represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of your organization."
- Accurate Information: "You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and in all job postings."
- Account Security: "You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account."
- Lawful Use: "You agree to use this website for lawful recruitment purposes only and will not post jobs that are discriminatory, illegal, or violate any applicable laws and regulations in India, including those related to equal opportunity and fair employment."
- Compliance with Laws: "You agree to comply with all applicable labour laws in India, including but not limited to the Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Equal Remuneration Act, and other relevant state-specific regulations applicable in Himachal Pradesh."
- Job Posting Content: "You are solely responsible for the content of your job postings, ensuring they are accurate, non-misleading, and provide sufficient detail about the role, responsibilities, required qualifications, and compensation (if applicable)."
- No Discriminatory Practices: "You agree not to discriminate against any job seeker based on religion, caste, sex, race, descent, birth place, residence or any of them, as per Article 16 of the Constitution of India and other relevant anti-discrimination laws."
